Westlake Brewing Company is a microbrewery in Deep Ellum, Dallas, Texas. There are many breweries in the DFW area, but our brewery was built for you. We make our fresh craft beer and giant soft pretzels daily for you to enjoy.

Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy


Items purchased from Westlake Brewing Company may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be received by Westlake Brewing Company within 30 days of the original purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since the purchase, no refund or exchange is offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are not allowed to be returned. Perishable goods (i.e. beer, cider, wine) cannot be returned. No returns are allowed on the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Memberships
  • Hazardous materials
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Personal care items
  • Flammable liquids or gases

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please send your purchase directly back to 2816 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75226, not back to the manufacturer, if other than Westlake Brewing Company.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted at the full discretion of Westlake Brewing Company:

  • If the items has obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Sale items

Items will only receive a maximum of the original purchase price. Sale items may be refunded at the sale price, if not otherwise prohibited for returns in the item listing.


We will replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@westlakebeer.com and send your item to: Westlake Brewing Company, 2816 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75226.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, and/or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Westlake Brewing Company, 2816 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75226.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refunds granted will exclude all shipping costs.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, please use a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your returned item, we cannot issue a refund.
